The 5 principles are:

ACKNOWLEDGE THE POWER YOU HOLD, DON’T DISTANCE YOURSELVES FROM IT
ACTIVELY VALUE LIVED EXPERIENCE AND CENTRE AT-RISK COMMUNITIES
IT’S TIME TO TRUST THE BAME VOLUNTARY SECTOR
RECOGNISE AND SUPPORT BAME STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS
In their most recent paper they have also provided a list of resources and case studies to demonstrate how their 5 principles apply in practice; and some prompts to use in decision making to support implementation.
